Fees & Cancellation Policy
January 2022: 140$(GST $7.00) = $147
Payment in cash, cheque or eTransfer - if paying by eTransfer the amount must be sent 24 hours before session.
24 hour cancellation policy. The full session will be charged for missed sessions unless there is an emergency.
Third party insurance coverage for service is available through many companies such as Greenshield Canada, Sun Life, Blue Cross and Great West Life Insurance. Most insurance providers require that their clients pay for therapy services directly and submit receipts for reimbursement. Some insurance providers may also require a referral from a physician or pre-approval for services. *It is advisable to check with your benefits plan to determine the coverage available to you.
